Federal MDL 2738 consolidates claims that J&J talc-based powder products caused ovarian cancer or mesothelioma; J&J announced a proposed resolution of the ovarian cancer claims on July 27, 2026, not yet final.

Lawsuits over two separate 2024 AT&T data breaches (a March 2024 dark-web posting of 2019-era customer data and a July 2024 breach of call/text records) were consolidated in MDL No. 3114; a combined class settlement was preliminarily approved, the claim window closed December 18, 2025, and the court has not yet issued final approval.
