Advertise on Settlement Record
Settlement Record carries a small number of labeled placements for law firms and legal marketers. There is no rate card. Tell us what you would like to run and we will reply by email with details and availability.
Who reads the record
Mostly people who have seen a lawsuit ad or heard about a settlement and want to check before they contact anyone. They come to find out whether the litigation is real, how many cases are pending, where it stands and who the filings say qualifies. Many arrive from search engines and AI assistants after asking about a specific lawsuit by name.
The site is organized by litigation. A placement can run on the records for the torts you handle rather than across the whole site.
What we can run
- A sponsor placement on the lawsuit records and MDL pages you choose: your firm name, a short message and a link, labeled as attorney advertising.
- Something else. If you have a different arrangement in mind, describe it in the form.
How placements work
- Each placement is a flat fee for a set period. We are never paid by an advertiser per case, per call or per signed client.
- Every unit is labeled “Attorney advertising” and names the responsible attorney and office. You are responsible for the ad meeting the advertising rules of the states where you practice.
- Placements sit beside the record, never inside it. Case counts, status labels, eligibility criteria and the order of pages are not for sale.
- Ad copy meets the same standard as the record: no promised outcomes or dollar amounts, no “you may be entitled,” no deadline pressure.
- We share nothing about readers. A click reaches you without the address of the page it came from.
- We review every advertiser and every ad, and we can decline either.
